November’s 8 must see music festivals
Welcome back, Seekers!
November still has plenty of music worth leaving town for. Orlando gives us two very different festival weekends, London stretches jazz across ten days, and Buenos Aires welcomes Primavera back just as spring settles in.
Here are eight festivals to put on your calendar, from a 1,500-person folk gathering in Moab to a Thanksgiving-weekend hip-hop reunion in Newark. Pick your crowd, check the dates, and start making plans.

You’ll find plenty more in the Music Roadtrip app.
It's a guide to the venues, record stores, museums, landmarks and hidden corners that give a town its sound and soul.

Electric Daisy Carnival Orlando
Where: Orlando, Florida · Tinker Field
When: Nov. 6–8, 2026
Top acts: Martin Garrix, David Guetta, Kaskade, Alesso, Alison Wonderland, Hardwell
Founded: 2011 (Orlando edition)
Tickets and info: orlando.edc.com
Orlando has other ways to spend a weekend, but EDC makes a strong case for skipping the theme parks. Tinker Field becomes a sprawling dance floor, with the giant kineticFIELD stage at one end of a bill that runs from David Guetta to Boys Noize back-to-back with Brutalismus 3000.
Alesso and SLANDER get sunset sets, while Kaskade and Martin Garrix give separate nights their big-room draw. Check the daily lineup before choosing a single-day pass: Guetta plays Friday, Kaskade Saturday and Garrix Sunday.

Dreamstate SoCal
Where: Long Beach, California · Queen Mary Waterfront
When: Nov. 20–21, 2026
Top acts: Above & Beyond, Paul van Dyk, ARTBAT, Ferry Corsten + Marsh, Infected Mushroom, Vini Vici
Founded: 2015
Tickets and info: socal.dreamstateusa.com
Above & Beyond are digging into the Anjunabeats catalog, which is reason enough for longtime trance fans to pay attention. Their classics set shares the Dreamstate bill with Paul van Dyk’s Essence of Acid and a Ferry Corsten–Marsh pairing, while Infected Mushroom and Vini Vici cover the psychedelic end.
The Queen Mary Waterfront puts the festival beside Long Beach’s retired ocean liner, with afterparties aboard the ship. Plan around the free shuttles from the Long Beach Convention Center: there’s no parking at the festival grounds.

Moab Folk Festival
Where: Moab, Utah · Center Street Ballfields and Star Hall
When: Nov. 6–8, 2026
Top acts: Rising Appalachia, Leftover Salmon, John Craigie, Steve Poltz, Sister Sadie, Bonnie Paine
Founded: 2003
Tickets and info: moabfolkfestival.com
A 1,500-person ballfield crowd is a welcome change of scale. Moab gives Rising Appalachia Saturday’s closing set and Leftover Salmon Sunday’s, with Sister Sadie bringing bluegrass to the final afternoon.
John Craigie plays the 290-seat Star Hall both Friday and Saturday, while free picker’s jams and workshops spread the music through town. Buy carefully: the ballfield and Star Hall shows are ticketed separately, and the evening concerts are currently sold out.

EFG London Jazz Festival
Where: London, England · Concert halls and clubs across the city
When: Nov. 13–22, 2026
Top acts: Robert Glasper, Goldie, Asha Puthli, Melody Gardot, GoGo Penguin, Fatoumata Diawara
Founded: 1993
Tickets and info: efglondonjazzfestival.org.uk
Ten days is barely enough for a bill that puts Goldie with an orchestra and gives Robert Glasper a run of shows with guests including Common and Marsha Ambrosius. London’s festival rewards a little planning: choose individual concerts across the city instead of treating it like one sprawling field.
The opening night includes a Coltrane centenary tribute with Joe Lovano and Melissa Aldana, while Emma-Jean Thackray offers her own love letter to Miles Davis. Between shows, The Jazz Social near the Barbican hosts intimate performances and live radio broadcasts at City Point.

Vans Warped Tour Orlando
Where: Orlando, Florida · Camping World Stadium Campus
When: Nov. 14–15, 2026
Top acts: Jimmy Eat World, Sublime, Taking Back Sunday, Simple Plan, 311, Dropkick Murphys
Founded: 1995 (tour)
Tickets and info: Vans Warped Tour Orlando
The Orlando bill reads like a stack of CDs you never quite gave away: Jimmy Eat World, Taking Back Sunday and New Found Glory all turn up. But there’s fresh trouble here too, with DRAIN and Winona Fighter among the names worth finding before the familiar choruses take over.
Sublime and 311 widen the lane beyond pop-punk, while Glassjaw and Thrice give the heavier end its due. Set aside both days at Camping World Stadium Campus if your wish list is already longer than your patience for schedule clashes.

Corona Capital
Where: Mexico City, Mexico · Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez
When: Nov. 20–22, 2026
Top acts: Gorillaz, Twenty One Pilots, The Strokes, The xx, Mumford & Sons, Underworld
Founded: 2010
Tickets and info: coronacapital.com.mx
Gorillaz on Friday, Twenty One Pilots on Saturday and The Strokes on Sunday: Corona Capital gives each night a different center of gravity. The Mexico City bill has plenty below those names worth arriving early for, including CMAT and Model/Actriz.
Underworld share Saturday with The Offspring and Pierce the Veil, while Sunday pairs The xx with a supporting cast that includes Johnny Marr and Manic Street Preachers. The festival takes over the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez, so leave room in the trip for Mexico City beyond the gates.

Primavera Sound Buenos Aires
Where: Buenos Aires, Argentina · Club Ciudad
When: Nov. 28–29, 2026
Top acts: Gorillaz, The Strokes, FKA twigs, Yung Lean, Lily Allen, CMAT
Founded: 2022 (Buenos Aires edition)
Tickets and info: Primavera Sound
Primavera returns to Buenos Aires with Gorillaz and The Strokes at the top of a bill that gives FKA twigs and Lily Allen room to pull the weekend in very different directions. Late November is spring here, a useful detail if you’re packing for a trip south.
The Argentine names deserve more than a quick glance: Juana Molina, Santiago Motorizado and Juliana Gattas are all on the program. Make time for them at Club Ciudad, even if the headliners were what got you looking at flights.

Rock the Bells Festival
Where: Newark, New Jersey · Prudential Center
When: Nov. 29, 2026
Top acts: LL COOL J, SWV, Method Man & Redman, Lil’ Kim, The LOX, David Banner
Founded: 2022 (LL COOL J’s festival)
Tickets and info: Rock the Bells Festival
Thanksgiving weekend gets one more gathering, this time at Newark’s Prudential Center with LL COOL J at the center of it. Method Man & Redman and Lil’ Kim share the bill with SWV, giving the night an R&B counterweight to all those verses.
D-Nice’s curated set brings in LeToya Luckett, David Banner and The LOX. It’s a one-night festival, so there’s no three-day endurance test standing between you and a roomful of records you know by heart.
